This data is collected to respond to your enquiry, discuss potential data analytics consultancy work, and provide information about my services. It will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

The legal basis for processing your contact form data is your consent, given when you submit the form, and my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Retention Period

I retain contact form data for no longer than 12 months, unless a client relationship begins, in which case data is retained in line with standard business record-keeping requirements.

Data Sharing

This website is hosted with IONOS, who process data as part of running the site and handling contact form submissions. I also use Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Drive) to manage enquiries and store business records, and your data may be processed and stored within these systems. If you become a client, your data may also be processed using Breathe HR (HR management) and FreeAgent (bookkeeping and invoicing).

I do not share your personal data with anyone else except where required by law.
